Pastoral Manager job summary
Hours of work: Full Time, 37 hours per week. 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday – Thursday, 8:30am – 4pm Friday (including half an hour unpaid lunch). 39 weeks per year.
Line Manager: Deputy Headteacher
Overall Responsibility- Through academic, emotional and pastoral support, promote positive behaviour and attitudes to learning from our students within the school
- To assist the Pastoral Team with day-to-day monitoring and promotion of high standards of attendance, uniform and behaviour for learning.
