The Role
We are looking to appoint a Pastoral Manager to join our highly dedicated and hard working team. This is a crucial role and the person appointed will need to be a role model, an active listener, observer and critical friend to our students. The successful candidate will be part of a wider team and provide the right environment and professional support for all pupils to help them achieve their potential. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly committed and enthusiastic team.
