Longdean School is looking to appoint a Pastoral Manager to join our team.

We are looking for applicants who have the skills to develop a knowledge and understanding of the needs of students within the pastoral system, will establish supportive relationships with students and will develop methods of promoting/reinforcing the behaviour management policy.

The successful candidate will set themselves high personal standards and be keen to develop professionally.
