Pastoral Manager job summary

We are excited to introduce a brand new role, Pastoral Manager - a key leadership position focused on supporting pupil welfare, emotional regulation and engagement in learning.

Experience of working with special needs children is desirable, but not essential. Full training and support is given. The successful candidate would need to understand and use ICT systems .

The post offers a good opportunity to work with supportive and friendly teams.

All appointments are subject to satisfactory references, health and DBS check. The school has an Induction Programme and an ongoing commitment of staff professional development.
