We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, compassionate and highly motivated individual to join our pastoral team, working closely with the Assistant Headteacher and Heads of Year to champion the personal development, engagement and success of students in Years 9-11.

You will play a key role in helping young people develop the confidence, resilience, independence and positive attitudes that enable them to thrive in school and prepare successfully for their future.
Working collaboratively with staff, students, parents, carers and external agencies, you will identify and remove barriers to learning, promote excellent attendance and behaviour, and provide targeted support that enables every student to flourish academically, socially and emotionally.
If you are passionate about making a lasting difference to young people's lives and believe that personal development is at the heart of educational success, we would love to hear from you.
