What skills and experience we're looking for

An exciting opportunity is available to join our team as Pastoral Supervisor who will provide support for students across the school. The post holder will be part of the Pastoral Team and play a key role in managing pastoral issues that arise during the school day, as well as supporting vital pastoral projects including Anti-Bullying and Girls on Board. The ideal candidate will have pastoral experience within a school environment and a good understanding of strategies to support students pastorally.

This a permanent role, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm (including a 30 minute unpaid break); 39 weeks per year (term time plus INSET days). The start date for this role is as soon as possible and will be agreed with the successful candidate.

The salary for this role is Grade F pro rata - actual salary £22,725-£24,746.
