Saltash Community School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, student focused individual as a Pastoral Support Assistant. The role is to help develop effective student engagement and behaviour for learning in school. The successful candidate will support the supervision of students across a year group, ensuring a calm and purposeful learning environment. This will also include supporting the Heads of Year with engagement including relevant communication, referrals and administration. To work with parents, professionals and others to build positive relationships that help improve student progress. We are looking for a candidate that shares our values and ethos and our passion for achieving the very best outcomes for all learners.
We are part of South East Cornwall Multi Academy Regional Trust (SMART), incorporating other schools, both primary and secondary, from South East Cornwall. If you would like to become part of our school, we would like to hear from you.
