Pastoral Support Assistant job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated person to support the senior tutors and assistant senior tutors in the pastoral life of Altrincham Grammar School for Girls.

As well as providing administrative support, the successful applicant will be expected to play a key role in helping the school to achieve its aims. The Pastoral Support Assistant works to ensure effective communication as well as high standards of punctuality, attendance and behaviour. The person appointed will be expected to show a real concern for the welfare of our students and be committed to the further success of the school in every field.

We are open, supportive and flexible with high-quality CPD opportunities through our Teaching School Hubs and Professional Development Institute.
