Pastoral Support Assistant within the SEND Department job summary

Callington Community College is seeking to appoint two highly organised, enthusiastic and inspirational, SEND specific, Pastoral Support Assistants.

The successful candidates will work closely with the Pastoral and SEND Teams to ensure all students fulfil their potential. They will be a hard-working individual with high expectations and an unwavering determination to get the best for students. They will be able to establish excellent relationships quickly with all stakeholders and communicate effectively to ensure all students’ needs are met.

The successful candidates will be well supported by a range of colleagues and by a comprehensive programme of induction and training to ensure their individual needs are met.
