PASTORAL SUPPORT LEAD
Salary: NJC Scale 3, Points 5 to 6 (£25,583 to £25,989 per annum FTE). Actual salary £8,796.28 per annum on point 5.
Contract: Permanent. 13 hours per week, days of work negotiable. Term Time plus 2 training days (38.4 weeks per year)

Offord Primary School are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Pastoral Support Lead to join our friendly and dedicated team. You will have experience of working face to face with children and their families, identifying welfare needs and supporting children to make the most of their education and time in school.
You should be experienced in working alongside children, families, key staff and external agencies, including being part of the Early Help process. You should be able to work with families on matters relating to emotional well-being, safeguarding, and providing support, information and advice on pastoral matters.
