What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint a talented, enthusiastic and suitably qualified individual to join the LCS team as a Pastoral Support Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting students who are experiencing social, emotional, or behavioural challenges that impact their ability to engage fully with learning. The postholder will deliver tailored interventions, provide day-to-day leadership of the behaviour support team, and work in close collaboration with staff, families, and external providers to promote positive outcomes for those students most in need of additional support.
