Further details about the role
We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Pastoral Support Mentor who is dynamic, enthusiastic and resilient. The successful candidate will work within the pastoral team and must be able to relate to and engage constructively with young people to support their emotional wellbeing and resilience. Implementing creative and effective strategies aimed at ensuring that students obtain positive outcomes is a key part of the role. You will also act as a key link between the school, students and families. Excellent literacy, numeracy and ICT skills are required to support the highest standards of pastoral care.
