We are looking for a Pastoral Support Officer to provide high-quality pastoral and administrative support to students across a key stage. You will work closely with the Key Stage Progress Leader and Heads of Year to ensure students are safe, supported, and meeting the college’s high expectations. This is a vital role in the day-to-day life of the school—ideal for someone who is calm, compassionate, and committed to helping every student thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students through praise, emotional support, and positive relationships.
  • Manage day-to-day behaviour incidents in line with the school’s behaviour policy.
  • Monitor students on pastoral reports and support their progress.
  • Arrange and attend parent meetings to discuss student wellbeing and behaviour.
  • Provide high-quality administrative support, including exclusion paperwork and parent communications.
  • Liaise with families and external agencies to ensure joined-up support for students.
