Pastoral Support Worker (Attendance) job summary
The Pastoral Support Worker (Attendance) will be an important member of our Pastoral and Safeguarding teams. The Pastoral Support Worker is accountable to the Assistant Headteacher with a strategic lead on attendance. This post will enable us to strengthen links with families and students where there are barriers to good attendance. The Pastoral Support Worker will liaise with the Head of the Year, external agencies, students and their families to explore and remove these barriers. Pay scale: Grade 8 - £ 26,233 to £28,643 Actual Pay
Hours to be worked: 37 hours per week (daily hours flexible, example below), term time only, 38 weeks plus 5 inset days.
Monday and Wednesday: 8am – 4pm
Tuesday: 8am - 5pm
Thursday: 8.15am – 4pm
Friday: 8.15am – 3pm
All days worked will include a 30 minute unpaid break
