What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our inclusion pastoral team. In this role, you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating support for students who may be facing challenges in school. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with families to facilitate their successful re-engagement, promoting excellence in learning and teaching, support with managing behaviour, optimizing resource avaialble, and ensuring exceptional progress, particularly for students with SEMH needs.
