19.5 hours over 3 days per week (Part Time)

39 weeks worked per year (Term Time)

Who we are looking for

The successful candidate will work closely with the safeguarding team through promoting and safeguarding the welfare of all within the school. The successful candidate will lead on our offer of Early Help, through supporting our families. You will act as the lead professional for many of our families, undertaking assessments, delivering and co-ordinating meetings as well as providing bespoke interventions to meet the needs of our families in a trauma informed way.

Within this role you will also support within the classroom environment to promote the inclusion of all pupils, ensuring they have equal access to opportunities to learn and develop. Additionally, you will also be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people within the school
