Pastoral Support Worker at Heyford Park School

In this important role, you will take the lead in supporting students to overcome barriers to learning related to behaviour and attendance. Working alongside students, staff, and external agencies, you will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour, improving attendance, and ensuring every student can achieve their full potential.

Role: Pastoral Support Worker
Grade: LGPS Grade 6
Hours: 28 hours (possibility of more hours) 4 days a week 08:30-16:00
Responsible to: Deputy Headteacher
