St. Luke’s is a vibrant, thriving and rapidly improving specialist school in Swindon, providing education for secondary-aged children with social, emotional and mental health needs. We have small class sizes, of 10 students – very different to a mainstream school and we are committed to helping each of our students reach their full potential.

Our staff team are a tight, close-knit community who all look out for each other, and we like to have fun while we work, so a good sense of humour is important! This really is a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced in working with children and young people with social, emotional and mental health needs or those with transferable skills looking to develop their skills and experience with young people in school.

We couldn’t do what we do without our fantastic staff team, and we are looking for an experienced and confident Pastoral Worker to join our dedicated team, ensuring high quality pastoral care for our students.
