What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a committed pastoral professional to support pupils’ behaviour, wellbeing, and academic progress. Working mainly with a designated year group, you will help pupils develop positive social skills, emotional resilience, and strong engagement in learning.

The role involves working with staff, parents/carers, and external agencies to remove barriers to learning and ensure pupils feel safe, supported, and confident. You will also contribute to the school’s pastoral programme, including PSHCE, and lead on a whole‑school area such as Transition, Medical Needs, SEND link, Safeguarding, or Alternative Provision.

This is a key position within the pastoral team, helping to maintain a positive school environment and supporting pupils to thrive.
