Pastoral Year Manager job summary
The successful candidates will provide leadership and support around student welfare, behavioural and attendance issues within a particular year group. This will involve working with staff, parents/carers and students to address barriers to learning, make sure effective policies and procedures are in place, and ensure effective relationships and communication with families to engage them as active stakeholders in their child’s education. You will provide invaluable support to the Director of Key Stage in implementing a team ethos with Form Tutors and support the pastoral work of the tutors.
