We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking, and passionate Pathway Lead Teacher for Society, Culture, Outdoor and Service Learning (SCOSL) with a focus on Outdoor Education, to help shape a transformative curriculum that connects learning to real-world issues, nurtures wellbeing, and promotes personal development for all.

About the Role
As Pathway Lead, you will:
- Oversee a cluster of subjects, including, but not limited to, Outdoor Education, PE, PSHE, and Citizenship to ensure outstanding outcomes for all students.
- Be responsible for the design and implementation of personal development and student wellbeing strategies.
- Drive academic success while embedding our holistic approach to learning through projects, fieldwork, and real-life experiences.
- Line manage a dedicated team of teachers and support their continuous professional growth.
- Be a visible and inspiring presence across the academy, helping shape a culture rooted in respect, responsibility, courage and kindness.
