Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for payroll? Excalibur Academies Trust is seeking a dedicated, pro-active Pay, Pensions & Benefits Administrator to join our growing team.
About the Role
You will play a vital role in ensuring our staff are paid accurately and on time, ensuring the Trust’s pensions obligations are fulfilled and championing and promoting employee benefits. You will provide excellent support to colleagues and be the go-to person for pay and pension queries, working closely with the Trust Payroll Manager and HR. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in an education setting.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in payroll, pensions or HR administration
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Strong IT skills and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
- A positive attitude and commitment to the values of Excalibur Academies Trust
