To help us with this, we are looking to appoint a Payroll Assistant to work closely with the Trust Finance Manager who reports directly to the Chief Finance and Operating Officer.
The Payroll Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the Trust’s payroll processes are carried out accurately, efficiently, and on time, contributing to the effective financial administration of the Trust.
Key duties include; payroll coordination and administration, financial reporting and reconciliation, employee support and external liaison, administrative and financial support.
The successful candidate will;
- Have experience in office administration and using computerised systems
- Payroll experience is desirable
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and work to deadlines
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage your workload
