Our school:

Princecroft Primary School is a small, friendly school and nursery for children aged 2 to 11, serving families in Warminster and the surrounding area. We are incredibly proud of our strong, supportive community—happy and engaged children, dedicated staff, and families who work closely with us to help every child thrive. We are fortunate to have an exceptionally skilled and passionate teaching team, supported by outstanding support staff. Together, we have the highest aspirations for every child and create a nurturing environment where individuals are known, valued, and encouraged to achieve their very best. At Princecroft, we offer a rich and inspiring curriculum designed to spark curiosity, promote a love of learning, and broaden horizons. Our school environment is carefully designed to be a joyful, calm, and stimulating space—one where children feel safe, motivated, and ready to learn. Visitors often comment on our pupils’ excellent behaviour, the calm and purposeful atmosphere, and the strong relationships that underpin our school culture. Our Calm School Code—encouraging children to act kindly, move calmly, and speak politely—reflects the ethos we live by every day. OFSTED praised our pupils’ behaviour as “impeccable” and “outstanding.” If you are looking to work in a collaborative, values-led school where children come first and staff are supported to grow and flourish, we would love to hear from you.
