PE/Sports Intern job summary
Are you looking for an exciting developmental opportunity in the sport sector? If yes, then this exciting new intern opportunity at St Peter’s CofE Academy in partnership with the Youth Sport Trust (YST) could be for you. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team delivering the Set for Success programme funded by the Wimbledon Foundation in partnership with Barclays, an intensive Athlete Mentor led, youth leadership initiative targeting young people who are most at risk of not reaching their full potential.
This rare opportunity will develop your skills in school support, event administration, customer service and data management. You will be keen to work within a team and deliver excellent results for young people in the local area. This is a fabulous opportunity to learn many transferable skills and build relationships with Athlete Mentors, organisations as well as support the Set for Success school network in your locality.

At St Peter’s Academy you will work with a well-established, supportive, experienced team of staff; teaching students from years 7 to 11.

This role requires an enhanced DBS check.
