About the role:
The White Horse Federation is a Multi-Academy Trust of 30 schools in Swindon, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire, committed to providing the very best education for our students.
Our People Team are a key part of the Central Professional Services team, providing a comprehensive HR and Operations service to all of our schools and Central office. We are currently recruiting for a People Administrator to join our team on a maternity cover contract. This is an on-site role, based at our Central Office in Swindon where you will join our People Team.
The People Administrator will provide support to the People Services team with administrative duties. This role will predominantly support the People Operations team, which sits within People Services, with administrative tasks around data, compliance and payroll but may also include supporting with recruitment and training administration tasks.
You will be:
- General office duties including scanning, photocopying and filing; ensuring accurate scanning and filing of variation forms and other People related paperwork.
- Assist with producing contract variation letters, resignation confirmations and other HR letters.
- Assist with keeping employee files up to date.
- Assist with transferring paper documents to electronic based records.
- Support and cover for reception in busy periods or in the absence of the receptionist.

Has organisational skills and an ability to multi-task successfully.
Has some IT knowledge including Microsoft Office, Outlook and Teams.
