The White Horse Federation is a Multi-Academy Trust of 31 schools in Swindon, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire, committed to providing the very best education for our students.

Our Employee Relations Team are a key part of the Central team, providing a comprehensive HR service to all of our schools and Central team and we are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join our team. This is a role with regular travel to our schools across the Trust (mileage calculated from our Swindon central offices), with some home working available.

You will become a key member of the Employee Relations People Team to support in the delivery of a proactive and customer-focused employee relations people service across the Trust.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • Experience in an administrative role
  • HR employee relations experience
  • Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, accurate proof-reading skills
  • Strong organisational skills, able to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • Relevant professional qualification in CIPD (Level 3 or above)
  • Has knowledge of using Microsoft applications including spreadsheets and word processing packages
  • Has good communication skills
  • Is reliable and punctual

Applicants must have 5 GCSE’s (minimum grade C/4) including Maths and English or equivalent

Has a full driving license, access to a car and is able to travel frequently across our schools”
