The Opportunity 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated People Coordinator to join our dedicated and supportive team and grow your career in HR. 

You’ll play a key role in keeping our people processes running smoothly and delivering a positive employee experience. Acting as a first point of contact, you’ll use your strong customer service skills to support colleagues throughout the employee life cycle, including HR administration, managing employee queries, absence management, payroll data, system administration, and recruitment and onboarding activity. 

Within this varied role, you’ll have the opportunity to develop a specialism in either recruitment and onboarding or payroll, data and system coordination. 

Whatever your role in the Trust, your work will directly support our mission to deliver the best possible education. 


About You 

  • Level 3 CIPD in People Practice (or equivalent) or working towards 
  • A completer finisher with experience administering or coordinating people processes 
  • Excellent attention to detail and high standards of accuracy 
  • Confidence and experience with IT systems including One Drive, MS Teams, and HR/payroll systems 
  • Strong customer focus, and communication skills 
  • Expertise in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding or payroll and data is highly adventurous 
  • Experience in Education or Local government is desirable 

Although this is a full-time role, we are happy to consider a job share or part-time hours.
