People Services Administrator
Fixed Term Contract for 3 Months
Salary Grade 5 - £26,835pa - £30,060pa FTE, £23,287pa - £26,086pa
Term Time plus Inset Days, 39 weeks per annum
Hours of work – 37 hours per week (negotiable)
Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm, Friday8.30am – 4.00pm with a half hour unpaid break
This role is based in Walton High - Walnut Tree campus
We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic People Services Administrator to join the growing friendly, busy central People Services team of the 5 Dimensions Trust on a fixed term contract initially for a period of 3 months. There is a possibility of an extension.
The successful applicant will work closely with the Director of People Services, initially on a project associated with the growth of the Trust, providing the necessary administration support and contributing to the development of internal procedures. You will also be responsible for auditing, investigating queries, updating internal systems and records.
You will be enthusiastic, motivated with a strong can-do attitude. You will have the ability to use your own initiative but also recognise when you should seek guidance. You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of general administration. An understanding of administration practices associated with human resources, safer recruitment and staff files is advantageous.
