- This is a self-employed position with approximately 4 hours work per week at a rate of £39 per hour. The work could expand as the Cathedral Schools Trust grows.
What skills and experience we're looking for
Applicants should hold the equivalent of teaching diploma, Conservatoire/University performance degree qualification or have a proven track record of excellence.

Our stated goal is to be a +1 school for progress and as such, we are looking for a highly motivated, professional and well qualified Peripatetic Piano teacher and leader to join us in our mission.
We are a music specialist school which means:
10% of our students gain entrance to the school through a music aptitude test
All year 7 students are offered a free instrument and heavily discounted lessons
All year 7 and 8 students sing in a weekly choir
Key Stage 3 students receive 2 weekly 50 minute lessons
A third of our students have instrumental/vocal lessons
Complete support from the Headteacher, the Leadership team and the Trust in prioritising music
