  • Leads by example and motivateschildren and colleagues

  • Is creative, innovative, and committed to continuous improvement

  • Is ready to take on a rewarding challenge with real impact

  • Has anNVQ 2 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualification or experience    

  • HasLiteracy and Numeracy skills equivalent to Level 1 of the National Qualification & Credit Framework   

  • CompletedDepartment for Education Teaching Assistant Induction Programme (or to complete within first term)
