‘Inspiration is the spark that awakens us to the possibility of achieving amazing things!’
Finham Primary School is looking for a new member to join its vibrant, dynamic and dedicated team.
We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced teacher who wants to inspire the children and wider community to be the very best they can be – no excuses.
Finham Primary School has a very clear philosophy, that we would be happy to have our own children in any class at any time here at school and that every child needs the platform to shine. Yes, progress is crucial and sits at the heart of what we do but we want more than that for our children. We want resilient creative thinkers, selfless problem solvers and valued community citizens that have a strong set values and a hunger to keep learning. We are also part of the Finham Park Multi-Academy Trust and as such have pledged to develop and co-construct a ‘World Class’ Primary/Secondary Curriculum that ensures that children accelerate at transition and be the very best they can be…no excuses!
We have designed a unique creative curriculum and learning environment where the children can shine and teachers take on responsibilities and opportunities to rapidly progress in their career. The team here is dedicated to supporting each other in a variety of opportunities, from active sporting, international, Children’s University and enrichment opportunities, to lesson study, research and school improvement opportunities.
If you would like to join our team you need to be prepared to follow these three steps:
1 – Inspire us with your application form.
2 – Impress us with your teaching.
3 – Convince us that you would be an asset to our team in an interview.
We promise to invest fully in these three steps as everyone who is prepared to put in the time to apply needs to be invested in even if not everybody makes it to the end. If you would like to have a better idea of what life at Finham Primary School is like
Completed application forms should be returned to apply@finhampark.co.uk or by post to:

Finham Primary is an exciting, innovative, friendly and supportive school. Our most recent Ofsted (January 2019) described Finham Primary as a good school ‘the school is a positive and welcoming environment where adults and pupils have high expectations for what can be achieved. Leaders and governors are keen to develop the ‘whole child’’.
At Finham, children receive a holistic education, that nurtures their unique skills and talents. Although children will develop at different rates, they all deserve a bespoke, values led, inclusive education and an excellent start in life. We strive for the highest standards. This is achieved by challenging, whilst supporting and nurturing each and every child. We cultivate creativity and critical thinking to develop intrinsically motivated learners with high aspirations for their futures.
