Personal Assistant to Principal job summary
Hours: 37 hours per week
Weeks: 40 Weeks (Term time plus 10 days)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to the Principal to join the fantastic team at Sawtry Village Academy! If you are passionate about making a difference and contributing to the success of young lives thriving in education, this is the job for you. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking individual who possesses strong administration and communication skills to support our Principal, Simon Parsons. You will provide a solution-based outlook and work proactively to complete multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will:
- Have a good educational background, including GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.
- Strong administration skills, including solution-based outlook for effective resolution of tasks.
- Ability to proactively contribute to multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess outstanding communication skills and personal integrity.
- Be able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Be a team player, with a ‘can do’, solution focused, attitude.
