Phase Lead & Class Teacher job summary
We are looking for creative and enthusiastic Phase Leader with a teaching commitment to join our team here at Djanogly Northgate Academy. We need professionals who are committed to providing a creative curriculum which supports all children to learn effectively. We need leaders who:
- have high expectations for themselves, colleagues and all children

- have excellent communication skills
- Work in partnership with the senior leadership team to translate the vision into agreed objectives and improvement plans which target needs and improve outcomes
- Work under the direction of the Academy Headteacher to support in monitoring and evaluating the performance of the academy
- Demonstrate vision, values and aspiration in everyday work and practice
- Motivate and work with others to create a positive climate for learning
- Ensure that implementation of strategic planning and the academy culture and curriculum take account of the diversity, values and experience of the academy and community at large
- have a strong belief in positive behaviour management
- are innovative and creative
- know that we are all learners and are committed to continued professional development
- have a good sense of humour (it helps!)
