Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company (“the MAC”) was formed in April 2021 and comprises of 12 Catholic Primary Schools and 1 Catholic Secondary School across the Birmingham, Solihull, and Warwickshire areas.

The Governors of St Anthony’s Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint an Early Years Leader. We are looking for a leader who is ambitious for, and committed to, securing positive outcomes for all children. We are looking for someone who is professional, engaging and self-motivated, with a passion for education, who is eager to contribute to the spiritual and academic development of the children in our school.

We are seeking a Phase Leader to join our Early Years team. The successful candidate will:

Be fully supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school.

Have a desire and a passion to work with young children.

Have an excellent knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and an understanding of how young children learn.

Be creative and devoted to providing children with rich learning experiences.

Have excellent teaching, organisation and communication skills.

Have good interpersonal skills, able to work effectively as a team. member with colleagues, parents and governors.

Be committed to developing the whole child

Challenge pupils of all abilities and be committed to raising standards.

Have a strong commitment to their own learning and professional development.
