What skills and experience we're looking for
- Be passionate about Early Years and ensuring strong outcomes for all pupils
- Be an excellent practitioner able to motivate and inspire children with recent experience in Early Years
- Be a great communicator who develops positive relationships with children, staff and parents.
- Have an in depth knowledge of the statutory EYFS Framework
- Understand high-quality teaching and learning strategies in the EYFS and the ability to consistently model this
- Able to develop and maintain an imaginative and inclusive learning environment
- Be able to build lead and motivate other colleagues in Early Years
- Understand the educational, welfare and social needs of the children
- Value the partnership with parents and the community
