What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Be passionate about Early Years and ensuring strong outcomes for all pupils
  • Be an excellent practitioner able to motivate and inspire children with recent experience in Early Years
  • Be a great communicator who develops positive relationships with children, staff and parents.
  • Have an in depth knowledge of the statutory EYFS Framework
  • Understand high-quality teaching and learning strategies in the EYFS and the ability to consistently model this
  • Able to develop and maintain an imaginative and inclusive learning environment
  • Be able to build lead and motivate other colleagues in Early Years
  • Understand the educational, welfare and social needs of the children
  • Value the partnership with parents and the community
