Phase Leader job summary

We require a Year 3 & 4 Phase leader to join Gordon Children’s Academy. You will be willing to take the opportunity to play a full part in the further development of our school and join us in our aims to make learning irresistible and to provide a nurturing and safe environment for everyone. The role requires excellent organisational skills and an ability to work as part of a supportive team. The role will be supported by the rest of the ELT and you will be line managed by a member of SLT to be able to deliver high academic standards within your phase and curriculum area. As part of the role, you will be supporting teachers within Gordon to be their best self through coaching and mentoring and other supportive initiatives to enrich the teaching and learning of our curriculum.
