Physical Disabilities Teaching Assistant job summary
Physical Disabilities Teaching Assistant
We require an enthusiastic Physical Disabilities Teaching Assistant to join our strong, diverse Inclusion Team.
The successful applicant will act as a Teaching Assistant to support the learning and progress, and wellbeing and dignity of pupils with physical disabilities, including the provision of intimate care.
This role is ideal for an experienced TA who has a proven track record supporting student’s in obtaining their GCSEs, who is looking to refine skills and knowledge of physical disability support.
Training will be provided, and continuous development opportunities will be offered. Teamwork and flexibility are essential.
Working Hours:
32.5 hours per week, term-time plus 1 additional week.
Please speak to us about alternative working hours. Start and finish times can be discussed to accommodate childcare commitments.
Salary:
Salary will be paid at NJC SCP Grade 7 Point 12 to 19
With a pro rata salary of £21,516 - £24,121 per annum, starting at Point 12
