What skills and experience we're looking for
PLC Coordinator/Bridge Coordinator
As a PLC/Bridge Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating the bespoke provision within the academy. Joining an established inclusion team you will promote the learning and welfare of vulnerable students with the aim of reintegrating them back into the classroom.
You will be supported by senior leaders and other pastoral staff within the academy to manage the provision and provide appropriate and personalised support for individual students and groups. While this can be a challenging role, this is one of the most rewarding positions within our academy, with excellent career progression and CPD available.
