Positive Behaviour Mentor job summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident individual to implement positive behaviour strategies to support the work of the Assistant Headteacher and Pastoral Managers in managing the behavioral difficulties and pastoral needs of individual and groups of students. The successful candidate will have previous experience of working with young people and demonstrate the ability to relate well to students. A positive and flexible manner, together with a good sense of humour is key to this role.
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic person who:
Has a passion for helping pupils thrive and meet their full potential
Has a friendly manner and can communicate effectively with staff and pupils
Can work effectively as part of a team but can also work independently using their own initiative.
Has experience of working in a similar school
