Post-16 Learning Manager / Careers Advisor job summary

The successful candidate will support student well-being and progress, provide careers guidance to assist student progression into apprenticeships & university and manage the Higher Education Progression Partnership for South Yorkshire (HeppSY+) project to increase the numbers of students progressing to higher education.

You will be a highly skilled practitioner who understands the challenges of support services in a fast paced, student-focused environment where conflicting demands are the norm. Effective communication and team working is absolutely critical to the UTC’s success.

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
