About the Role
Kibworth Church of England Primary School are seeking to recruit a highly organised, empathetic and enthusiastic Pre-School Assistant to work within our Windmill Pre-School setting, supporting the Pre-School Team.

Key Responsibilities
- To assist is the well-being, safety, and security of the children including the locking of doors, windows and gates in accordance with safeguarding procedures.
- To understand and effectively apply school and Trust policies related to the post especially those that relate to safeguarding and child protection.
- Assist in the implementation of high-quality care and learning.
- To work as a fully integrated team member
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- Good level of literacy and numeracy.
- NVQ 3 qualification or equivalent.
Experience:
- Willingness to adopt knowledge of good practice in Early Years Care and Education
Skills & Knowledge:
Able to display a non-judgemental attitude and work in an anti-discriminatory way
- Display the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Ability to offer a positive, committed but flexible approach to working within a childcare environment
- Ability to communicate positively with children

Kibworth CE Primary School is a large, three-form entry village primary school, judged as ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted in 2010. Being this size offers many advantages, we can offer a wide range of learning opportunities along with a real sense of family within the school.
