The Pathfinder C of E Primary School

is seeking to appoint a
Level 3 Pre-School Practitioner
Payscale: Grade 2, Point 5-6 £24,790 - £25,183 FTE (approx. £18,625 - £18,920 pro rata)
32.5 hours a week, 39 weeks a year
Starting: January 2025
DEMAT and The Pathfinder C of E Primary School are looking to appoint a Pre School Practitioner to their growing Pre School, commencing as soon as possible!
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Pre School Practitioner to join our highly committed team!
The successful applicant will be:
- Experienced in a similar role
- Highly organised and able to set clear priorities in managing their workload
- Able to communicate clearly and positively with staff, parents and pupils, both in person and in written communications
- Able to work calmly under pressure
- Able to show a 'can-do' attitude and seek solutions to problems
- Able to work flexibly and creatively
- Happy, co-operative and able to work to own initiative
- A strong team player
- A person who demonstrates excellent initiative
