Your Role in Building Brighter Futures
As a Pre School Teacher at St Johns Primary School you will play a key role in contributing to the delivery of Futura’s mission statement of “Building the brightest future for all, enabling every individual to flourish” We are looking for an individual who is passionate about living our values and making a positive impact on all the young people in our Trust.
St John’s CE Primary School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team full time. This is a new chapter for St John’s, where the successful candidate will teach our very first Preschool cohort.

As a Preschool Teacher your key responsibilities will be to:
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that stimulate children’s learning and development.
Create a nurturing and supportive learning environment, where all children flourish.
Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records.
Foster strong partnerships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on their child’s development.
Collaborate with other staff members to plan and implement school events and activities.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
