Premises Administration Assistant job summary
Term-time + Training Days. Monday - Thursday 9.30am to 5.30pm, Friday 10am to 5.30pm.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Premises Administration Assistant and help keep our busy site running smoothly.
We’re seeking a highly organised, proactive and reliable administrator to support the safe and efficient operation of our school. With excellent communication, strong attention to detail and a positive “can‑do” attitude you’ll help ensure our buildings and learning spaces are well maintained, welcoming and ready for daily use.
Working alongside the Site Manager and Premises Team you’ll coordinate repairs, liaise with contractors, support room moves and space planning and maintain accurate records, inventories and essential supplies. A full UK driving licence is required as this role includes minibus driving.
You’ll also provide key administrative support including document preparation, correspondence, filing and contractor induction packs. You will raise purchase orders, track deliveries and maintain stock and asset records. Your calm approach and ability to work effectively with staff and visitors will help ensure smooth daily operations and uphold our welcoming and respectful school culture.

About You
To be a good fit for this role, you will be:
- A clear and confident communicator, both in writing and verbally.
- Experienced in administrative and office‑based work.
- Able to work effectively with others and equally capable of managing tasks independently.
- Highly organised, able to manage your time effectively, and show strong attention to detail.
