We’re seeking a reliable, friendly, and hardworking Site Assistant who will help care for our beautiful school and grounds. This is a hands-on role where your attention to detail and practical skills will help ensure that our school remains a place where children love to learn and staff feel supported and valued.

About the Role
  • Hours: 30 hours per week
  • Weeks: 41 weeks per year (39 during term time, plus 3 weeks across school holidays)
  • Location: Barnehurst School

You’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks that are essential to the smooth running of our school, including:

  • General porterage and cleaning duties
  • Health and safety compliance checks
  • Routine maintenance and DIY repairs across the site
