We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, well-motivated and suitable qualified Premises Manger to lead the Premises and Cleaning Teams. The Premises Manager is a key member of staff and has a vital role to play in the management of a safe, secure and clean learning environment, through planning, managing and doing. The Premises Manager works closely with the School Business Manager to prioritise, plan and schedule work to ensure that the school site is safe and looks welcoming.

We are looking for someone who –
• Has very high standards of work
• Can supervise staff directly – relating to building management both internally and contractually
• Has excellent interpersonal skills
• Is passionate about maintaining and developing the premises of our school

This is a permanent post, to start in January 2022, 37 hours per week, all year round.
Salary will be paid at Grade 8 Points 20-24 – Grade 9 Points 25-28, dependent upon experience (salary range £25991 - £32234 p.a.)
