About the Role

As our shared Premises Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring both school sites remain safe, secure and well‑maintained environments where children can thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day‑to‑day upkeep, safety and presentation of both school premises
  • Carrying out and coordinating routine maintenance, site checks, compliance tasks and health & safety procedures
  • Working closely with both Headteachers, administrative teams and DSAT colleagues to plan and deliver maintenance schedules, site improvements and contractor management
  • Taking pride in presenting high‑quality learning environments that reflect each school’s Christian ethos, values and commitment to nurturing pupils
  • Building positive relationships across both communities, acting as a friendly, reliable and visible member of staff
  • Organising your time effectively across both locations, with leadership support to ensure a balanced and manageable workload

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has practical experience in premises management, caretaking or maintenance
  • Understands health & safety responsibilities and is willing to undertake training
  • Is able to work independently, prioritise tasks and respond proactively to issues
  • Takes pride in well‑maintained, safe and attractive school environments
  • Enjoys contributing to school life within Christian, community‑centred settings
  • Is approachable, dependable and committed to supporting children and staff
