Your responsibilities

To take day-to-day responsibility for the provision of efficient and effective caretaking support to the school, including ensuring that the security and general appearance of the buildings and surrounding areas are maintained in accordance with the required standards set by the school, and that heating systems operate at optimum efficiency.

What are we looking for?

Experience of working in an operational role
Working knowledge of estates and related policies and procedures
Experience of working with external contractors on site
Experience in adhering to set procedures and guidance for procurement
Understanding and adherence to statutory guidance and documentation, such as safe asbestos management
