Premises Officer (Part Time) job summary
An opportunity has arisen at Deyes High School for a reliable and flexible Premises Officer to join our team, who is keen to make a difference and assist with maintaining the premises and grounds to a high standard.
Job overview
As a key part of our site team, you’ll have responsibility for general site maintenance, using a varied skillset to carry out tasks such as cleaning, refilling consumables, painting and decorating and manual handling, as well as ensuring the site is in a good condition for all to work and learn effectively.
Job requirements
- Minimum of 3 GCSEs at C grade or above, or equivalent qualifications
- Good standard of maintenance and DIY experience with an understanding of health and safety parameters
- Experience of working within an operational environment to provide day-to-day maintenance support
- Ability to prioritise and plan own workload
